Contacting Nexbrio

When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, selected service, message, and any optional phone number or website address you provide. This information is emailed through our configured mail provider so we can respond and discuss your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or confidential customer or employee records.

Website assessments and AI

The advisor retrieves the public HTML page you choose, along with the business goal and context you enter. If AI recommendations are enabled, relevant page content and your answers are sent to OpenAI to generate suggestions. The form asks for your confirmation before an assessment. The advisor does not sign in to the website, change it, or perform a security audit.

Your assessment and recent conversation context are held in a server session. Assessment access expires after 30 minutes; expired context is cleared on a subsequent advisor request. Physical session-file cleanup depends on the hosting configuration.

Cookies, logs, and abuse prevention

Your language preference is saved in the nexbrio_language cookie for one year. You can change it using the language selector. If cookies are blocked, your choice applies only to the current page.

Essential session cookies help verify form requests and associate an assessment with your browser. The forms use temporary counters with hashed IP identifiers to limit repeated requests. The hosting and email providers may also maintain operational logs needed to deliver and protect their services.

If you choose to discuss an assessment with Nexbrio, your browser temporarily carries the selected plan to the contact form using session storage. Nothing is emailed until you submit that form.

Service providers and external resources

Hosting, email delivery, and any enabled AI provider process information to provide these functions. Google Fonts is used for typography, which can result in browser requests to Google. Provider processing locations and their own retention practices may differ. Contact us if you need more information about the providers used for your enquiry.

Retention and your requests

Contact correspondence may remain in our business email and service-provider records while it is needed to respond, discuss work, or meet applicable obligations. Email info@nexbrio.ca to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask about retention. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained.

This notice describes the website’s current functions. The notice will be updated when those practices change. For product data handling, ask for the product-specific subscription and privacy information before activation.
